This policy describes what data the TryPost self-hosted instance (operated by Kurt Schwoerer, "K.Shepherd") collects and how it is used.
When you connect a social account, TryPost stores the OAuth tokens and posting schedule for that account. Posting content, captions, and media are processed to schedule and publish posts to the connected accounts.
OAuth access tokens (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) are stored server-side to authenticate posting requests. They are used only to act on the connected accounts and are not shared with third parties.
Scheduled post metadata (time, target account, caption, media) is stored to execute the schedule. No analytics beyond your own viewing are collected.
Posting is performed via the platforms' official APIs (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Those platforms may collect data per their own privacy policies.
Questions about this policy can be directed to the operator of the K.Shepherd accounts.
